1Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

A return or refund request is only considered valid if the product is found to be non-compliant with your order. You are eligible for a return or refund ONLY under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Product: The item delivered does not match your order or the required syllabus.
  • Production Defects: Significant printing or binding defects that make the material unreadable.
  • Content Errors: Missing pages, missing chapters, or incorrect/mismatched solutions.
  • Incomplete Shipment: Items missing from your package as per the invoice.
  • Logistics Error: Accidental dispatch of an incorrect item by our team.

2Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our academic materials, the following categories are strictly exempt from returns or refunds:

  • Digital Goods: PDFs, e-guides, and online-access flipbooks are non-refundable once the link is generated or access is granted.
  • Customized Products: Projects, Synopses, and Dissertations prepared specifically for your unique requirements.
  • Used Materials: Any books or assignments that have been written on, photocopied, or utilized for exam preparation.
  • Promotional Items: Products purchased during a sale, discount period, or using a promotional code.

3How to Initiate a Return

If you have received a defective or incorrect product, follow these steps:

Provide your Order ID and clear photos/videos showing the defect.

4Refund Timelines and Processing Fees

Delivery Expectation

Standard delivery of replacements or new orders typically takes 2–10 days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued within 14 to 15 working days.

Deductions

Approved refunds are subject to a 10% processing and payment gateway fee. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
