Acceptable Use & Academic Integrity
We provide Solved Assignments, Project Synopses, and Study Notebooks as research and study aids only.
- Academic Integrity: We do not condone plagiarism. All materials are intended to serve as exemplary guides. Students are solely responsible for the work they submit to their universities.
- Resale Restriction: You may not resell or make commercial use of our materials without express written consent.
Terms for Study Notebooks & Physical Goods
Cash on Delivery
Available for students residing in India only.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery typically takes 2–10 days. We are not responsible for courier delays.
Availability
If a book becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you and provide a copy or full refund.
Returns, Defects, and Complaints
- Complaints: Must be filed within 4 days of receiving the shipment.
- Defects: If you receive a defective or incorrect book, we will exchange it free of cost. The defective item must be returned to us.
- Liability Cap: Our maximum liability for any order dispute is limited to the amount paid for the specific item.
Intellectual Property
All content published by Ace AlgoPoints is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized resale on third-party portals (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your username and password. We reserve the right to cancel memberships if we suspect unauthorized account sharing.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. The entire risk arising out of the use of our services remains with the user. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the service, or 500 INR if no purchase was made.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Jurisdiction: All legal proceedings and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar, India.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
